The problem

Firms with mixed fleets of pickups, drill rigs, excavators, and trailers track them in spreadsheets. Money leaks through rentals kept past need, missed maintenance, and equipment use that is never charged to a project.

Every asset-day belongs to a project or a person, so equipment cost reaches the project it served.

Database-enforced tenancy

Row-level security and automated cross-tenant tests guard each firm's records.

Idempotent scheduled work

Telematics sync, alerts, and the daily digest run as scheduled jobs that are safe to retry.
